Mrs Nosey  is  upset at the very thought  that 220 children were deprived of their childhood and worked as bonded laborers  What a shame to our country. Have we really got independence??

Mrs Nosey doubts....

Mrs Nosey  wonders  ' why does most of the jokes target  women?'
Might be they get proper reactions for their actions.

A PAINFUL WAIT

A group of children were playing in the park.  I walked slowly and reached the bench I usually sat. I settled down  and started eating the handful of peanuts I  had got from home.  A boy kicked a ball and it came near me. I caught the ball and threw it back to him. A few girls were enjoying the swings.  A  young mother was teaching her kid how to swim in the small pool  lying to the north of the fountain. A group of college students were laughing, playing jokes and having fun. The gardener was  watering the plants.

But I felt sad ----reason.  This was the scene a few years ago.   But now children are busy with video games, youth with laptops and mobiles,  women with their daily serials. Now the gardener comes only once in a day, The flowers do not bloom for the lack of water,  the swings are rusted,  and the wild grass growing every where
I am still siting with peanuts in my hands waiting for history to repeat. Can anyone tell when it will take place.

PAST BUT NOT LOST

Today right from the moment I woke I am feeling uneasy. I feel I am missing something. The cheerful faces of the innocent children, the true wishes of my colleagues,  my superiors blessing,  the singing of birthday song by all.... and much more.  Yes ..I used to work as a teacher in a reputed school. It was not only a school  but a true temple of knowledge where not only students but also teachers  learn something new everyday.  Our director one of the finest soul ever on earth, ever ready to help the needy.  I have infact learnt a lot from him. Most us rarely think about the school we studied  or the teachers there but the students of the school where I worked will never forget the school or the director. He  is such a inspiring personality, a role model to all, a big brother to all who work there.
Such people are really needed to mould the children in the right path. Today as I am far away from the school, I am unable to go to the school and meet the children or the Director Sir and I feel uneasy.  But still I know for sure that Sir and the senior staff will remember and bless me today ........  my birth day.

PROTECT AND PREVENT TO AVOID PUNISHMENT

Unfortunately in the recent years we are forced to visit doctors frequently. the reason maybe the deteriorating quality of food grains, the unhealthy eating habits, the unusual sleeping schedules, or the never ending desire to earn more and more.. Whatever it may be we land up at a clinic atleast once in a four to six months gap.
The scene here is so pathetic that  you come out from here totally frustrated   Long queues, quarrels to who should enter the doctors room  first, the smell of medicines and diseases, the numerous tests to be done, the moaning patients, the groaning sisters, the anxious relatives........... A scene which will melt the hardest of the hard heart.
If you have gone for a small problem, you will  think 'Why wait here so long?  the problem will subside in its due course'   If you have gone for a really serious problem  you will think 'how many more times should I visit  for  the problem  to subside?  Both the cases you may not come out of the clinic fully satisfied. Blessed is our previous generations for they were exposed to less diseases,  less clinics , less medicines and so lived a long life.
Hope history quickly and we enter the good old age again.
